Mini-Vacation

Last weekend, we enjoyed a much needed mini-vacation in San Antonio. Kyle has been working insane hours and we were in desperate need of some family time together. We had a wonderful time and loved the time we were able to spend together. We took the kids to Natural Bridge Caverns, visited our family gravesites, had dinner at the Rainforest Cafe on the Riverwalk and enjoyed the San Antonio Children's Museum. Of course, the kids also loved swimming in the hotel pool and the awesome free breakfast that was provided by the hotel. The weekend went by way too fast!!
We took a ton of pictures....I've only posted some of them. Here are the kids at Natural Bridge Caverns. They LOVED it!! It really is an amazing cave and we all enjoyed the tour. Kyle carried Mason in the backpack carrier and he did really well up until the last 15 minutes. Then he *insisted* that he get out of the carrier and wanted noone but mom to carry him. That was fun - hiking the cave, 5 1/2 months preggo with an 18 month old on my hip. We all got quite a work out!!
